PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. VOID IN ALASKA AND HAWAII AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. The Grammy® Nominee Takeover Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is comprised of six (6) individual sweepstakes taking place at the dates and times listed in Section 1 below (collectively, the "Promotion Period"). The computer clock of the Sponsor is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion. All questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Sponsor (defined below) at the address listed below. Participation in the Promotion is subject to the privacy policy and terms of service of www.fuse.tv. If you do not agree to the privacy policy and terms of service, do not enter the Promotion or provide any personal information.
1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The Promotion is comprised of five (5) individual weekly sweepstakes (each a "Weekly Sweepstakes") and one (1) grand prize sweepstakes (the "Grand Prize Sweepstakes") taking place at the following dates and times (each having a "Sweepstakes Period"):
a. Rihanna Sweepstakes: Beginning at 6:00:00 AM ET on January 9, 2012 and ending at 5:59:59 AM ET on January 10, 2012;
b. Chris Brown Sweepstakes: Beginning at 6:00:00 AM ET on January 16, 2012 and ending at 5:59:59 AM ET on January 17, 2012;
c. Lil Wayne Sweepstakes: Beginning at 6:00:00 AM ET on January 23, 2012 and ending at 5:59:59 AM ET on January 24, 2012;
d. Eminem Sweepstakes: Beginning at 6:00:00 AM ET on January 30, 2012 and ending at 5:59:59 AM ET on January 31, 2012;
e. Kanye West Sweepstakes: Beginning at 6:00:00 AM ET on February 6, 2012 and ending at 5:59:59 AM ET on February 7, 2012; and
f. Grand Prize Sweepstakes: Collectively, the Sweepstakes Periods described in Sections 1(a) through 1(f) above.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of Promotion entry. Void in Alaska and Hawaii and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of Fuse Networks LLC and its subsidiaries (the "Sponsor"), Madison Square Garden, L.P., their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, (each a "Promotion Party" and collectively the "Promotion Parties") their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During any Sweepstakes Period, entrant may enter the Promotion using the following method(s):
Sweepstakes Website Entry: If entrant is an existing member of the Fuse Insider program, entrant may visit insider.fuse.tv ("Website") and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit an entry. If entrant is not an existing member of the Fuse Insider program, entrant may become a member by visiting the Website, granting Fuse Insider access to entrant's Facebook profile, and completing the registration form. Becoming a member is free.
You will be required to include the unique daily code (the "Daily Code") that is displayed on-screen during any Weekly Sweepstakes Period in order to be entered into the Promotion for that Weekly Sweepstakes. The Daily Codes will be displayed no fewer than three (3) times per hour during each Sweepstakes Period. Entry is void for any given Weekly Sweepstakes if the Daily Code for that Weekly Sweepstakes is not included or is incorrect. Only Daily Codes displayed during the Sweepstakes Period are eligible for entry in that respective Weekly Sweepstakes. You may enter each Weekly Sweepstakes once for a total of five (5) Weekly Sweepstakes. However, to be eligible for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes, you need only one (1) eligible Weekly Sweepstakes entry. Limit of one (1) entry per person per Weekly Sweepstakes and one (1) entry per person for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes, notwithstanding any additional entry(ies) earned (as described below). Each Weekly Winner (as defined below) is not eligible for the Grand Prize (as defined below).

Share Using Twitter:
On the Website and the Fuse Insider Facebook page, a Twitter "share" icon will be displayed following entrant's successful completion of an entry. Entrants having a Twitter account are entitled to receive one (1) additional Weekly Sweepstakes entry during any Sweepstakes Period for each so-called "retweet" of the Promotion message (in its original form) to his or her Twitter account. Entrant will automatically receive the additional one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes upon clicking the Twitter "share" icon and completing the retweet. [If entrant does not have a Twitter account, entrant may visit www.twitter.com to create one. A Twitter account is free. Twitter's Terms of Service (http://twitter.com/tos) and all other terms and conditions apply. Entrant must be an active holder of a non-private Twitter account to obtain additional entries in the Promotion. Tweets must be retweeted in the original form. Any modifications to the tweet will not result in an additional entry. Updates sent to and/or from twitter.com using a wireless phone or other mobile device may incur additional charges. Each entrant may enter the Promotion through the Sweepstakes Website Entry method (as described above) only one (1) time during the Promotion Period. In addition, entrants may earn no more than five (5) additional entries during the Promotion Period through the Additional Entry(ies) method (as described above). Any attempt to use multiple names or email accounts or other tactics to enter more than the stated limits may result in entrant's disqualification by Sponsor from the Promotion, including all associated entries being voided. Entries generated by mechanical, script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process shall be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged by Sponsor or returned to entrant. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE NEW YORK COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE PROMOTION AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK SHALL GOVERN THE PROMOTION.
4. WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES, ODDS AND DRAWING: One (1) potential winner (each a "Weekly Winner") will be selected in a randomized drawing conducted each Tuesday (the "Selection Period") during the Promotion Period from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period up to and including the immediately-concluded Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
One (1) Prize per Weekly Sweepstakes (the "Weekly Sweepstakes Prize") will be available to be awarded, each consisting of the following:
• One (1) album from each artist featured during Grammy® Takeover Mondays
• One (1) Apple iTunes gift card in the amount of $25.00
• One (1) Fuse t-shirt
• One (1) Fuse bag
Total ARV of each Weekly Prize: $150.00

Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, may apply. If a Weekly Winner cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the Weekly Sweepstakes Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, time permitting, an alternate Weekly Winner will be chosen. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon.
5. GRAND PRIZE, ODDS AND DRAWING: In addition to the Weekly Prizes, one (1) potential winner (the "Grand Prize Winner") will be selected in a randomized drawing conducted on or about February 7, 2012 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
One (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded, consisting of the following:
• Roundtrip coach airfare for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the "Guest") to Los Angeles, CA from a major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence
• Two (2) nights hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest at a hotel selected by Sponsor (standard, double occupancy) for the nights of February 11, 2012 and February 12, 2012
• Car service transportation to/from a Los Angeles, CA area airport and the hotel
• Car service transportation from hotel to Staples Center, and from Los Angeles Convention Center to hotel on the night of February 12, 2012
• Two (2) tickets and/or passes for Winner and his/her Guest to attend the Grammy® ceremony on February 12, 2012 at Staples Center
• Two (2) tickets and/or passes for Winner and his/her Guest to attend the Grammy® Celebration after-party on February 12, 2012 at Los Angeles Convention Center
• Walking the red carpet at the Grammy® ceremony
Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $3,500.00

Actual value of Grand Prize may vary depending on departure airport and dates of travel. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, may apply. Winner and Guest must be able to travel between February 11, 2012 and February 13, 2012. If Grand Prize Winner cannot travel during the dates specified herein or comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, time permitting, an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be chosen. All Grand Prize details are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent(s), on carrier(s) of Sponsor's choice, in seat locations determined by Sponsor. All tickets are subject to terms and conditions or their issuer(s). Grand Prize Winners' Guest must reside within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. If Grand Prize Winner's or Guest's point of departure is in close proximity (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA, then Sponsor may determine, in its sole discretion, that Grand Prize Winner and/or Guest will receive alternate ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and Sponsor will have no obligation to the Grand Prize Winner or Guest for any difference in prize value. The Grand Prize Winner and Guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents required for travel. Event seat locations will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Tickets and passes are subject to terms and conditions set forth thereon. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of Prize. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all expenses not specifically set forth herein, including, but not limited to, transportation to and from the airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence, spending money, meals, accommodations, gratuities, tips, taxes and incidentals.
6. SWEEPSTAKES WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each potential Weekly Winner and the potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified using the e-mail address provided on the entry form or during Fuse Insider registration. If a potential Weekly Winner or Grand Prize Winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours from such email notification from Sponsor, Sponsor will make one (1) additional attempt to contact the potential Weekly Winner or Grand Prize Winner via the e-mail address provided on the entry form. If a potential Weekly Winner or Grand Prize Winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours from such additional notification from Sponsor, the potential Weekly Winner or Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Weekly Winner or Grand Prize Winner, whichever is applicable, will be selected from among the remaining applicable eligible entries received. Each potential Weekly Winner, the potential Grand Prize Winner, and their respective Guest (as defined below) may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within two (2) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential Weekly Winner or Grand Prize Winner is not in compliance with these rules, the applicable prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate Weekly Winner or Grand Prize Winner, whichever is applicable, will be selected. If a potential Weekly Winner or Grand Prize Winner is at least eighteen (18) years of age but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the applicable prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on such Weekly Winner or Grand Prize Winner set forth herein.
7. PRIZE LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS: Entrants that are discovered during prize verification to have entered, attempted to enter, or used multiple accounts to enter more than the stated limit will be disqualified at the discretion of the administrator, or will be void. Promotion entries generated by automated means and Promotion entries made by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All Promotion entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes and the Grand Prize will only be awarded by Sponsor upon each potential winners' verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and final approval by Sponsor. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Weekly Prize or the Grand Prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. If any portion of any Weekly Prize or the Grand Prize is cancelled, postponed or not available for any reason, Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof, the remainder of the applicable Weekly Prize or the Grand Prize will be awarded, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to the applicable Winner. Prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, changed, or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor is responsible only for delivery of the Weekly Prizes and the Grand Prize and shall not be responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise.
8. GRANT OF RIGHTS OF ENTRIES: Each Weekly Winner and the Grand Prize, by entry into the Promotion, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph (including Facebook and/or Twitter profile pictures, if applicable), voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner and with any materials, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges shall be binding and final.
9. RELEASE: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, Promotion messages, tweets or emails; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of any prize or in any Promotion-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of any Sponsor website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or any Sponsor website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential Weekly Winner or Grand Prize Winner, whichever is applicable, from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor, The Recording Academy, Twitter, Facebook and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Weekly Prize or the Grand Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Promotion. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Promotion, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Sponsor, and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Weekly Prize or the Grand Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with the Weekly Prize or the Grand Prize.
10. DISCLAIMER: The Released Parties are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related materials. Sponsor may stop you from participating in this Promotion if you violate Official Rules or act, in Sponsor's sole discretion: (a) in a manner Sponsor determines to be not fair; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or the Sponsor; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. Should more prizes be awarded through a computer, hardware, or software malfunction, error or failure, or for any other reason, in any prize category, than are stated for that category in the Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the number of prizes stated in the Official Rules for that category. In no event will more prizes be awarded than that listed in Sections 4 and 5.
11. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or winners, Sponsor, and administrator in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of New York. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
12. TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on Weekly Prizes and the Grand Prize and any other costs and expenses associated with any prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable Weekly Winners and Grand Prize Winner. A 1099 tax form may be issued to each Promotion winner.
13. WINNERS LIST: To receive the list of Promotion winners, send a #10 self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by March 1, 2012 to: "Grammy Nominee Takeover Sweepstakes" c/o Fuse Networks LLC, 11 Penn Plaza, 17th Floor, New York, New York 10001, for receipt no later than March 31, 2012. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
